Board of Directors is a body which determines and asserts basic strategy of the project embodiment and development; appoints Management Board and carries out control after its activity; asserts a report of Management Board and estimate of project, provides coordination between all participants and donors of project.

Management Board
Management Board carries out the project operative administration; develops the strategic and calendar plan of the project realization; coordinates the actions of the project participants; examines and asserts the recommended list of electronic resources for distribution; provides all economic and financial operations; conducts the project documentation (current and report); organizes conducting of the project collective and public measures; conducts a selection and previous negotiations with the vendors of electronic resources.
