The HINARI (The Health InterNetwork Access to Research Initiative) test access is opened at the Chernivtsi National University and the Donetsk National Technical University till the April 2010. The Access to Research Initiative (HINARI) provides free or very low cost online access to the major journals in biomedical and related social sciences to local, not-for-profit institutions in developing countries.
